Gabrielle A. Slowey Dr. Gabrielle Slowey has been awarded the inaugural Fulbright Chair in Arctic Studies at Dartmouth College (USA) 2016-2017. She takes up the position at the Dickey Centre for Arctic Studies January-April 2017. She will use this opportunity to launch her project: Canada on the Edge?
